CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress. It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. Developed by physician William Sutherland, this therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience.

HIMALAYAN SALT STONE MASSAGE
Hot stones, and Himalayan Hot Stones in particular, offer a myriad of benefits for the body. We infuse bodywork treatments with stones that Alkalizes the skin,Replenishes and nourishes your skin and body with 84 minerals, and Balances and neutralizes the ill effects of the toxic frequencies we live with every day.
MYOFASCIAL MASSAGE & STRETCHING
Fascial work is different from many modalities in that it focuses on the fascia (the connective tissue beneath the skin that attaches to, stabilizes, encloses, and separates muscles and other internal organs) rather than muscles. Fascia is responsible for wide reaching patterns that relate different parts of the body where we find issues.

CUPPING
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which I will use acrylic cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. For tight, tense, sore muscles, it has been said that cupping can do in ten minutes what massage can do in an hour. This can be a standalone treatment or integrated into a massage.

FIRE CUPPING
Our wellness studio features the traditional Chinese fire cupping. A cotton ball is lit on fire and quickly sweeps the inside of the glass cup. The method doesn't really heat the vessel; it simply removes the oxygen to create a vacuum to adhere to the skin. Cups are retained in one spot for 0-15 minutes, depending. Sliding, or "gliding", the cups along the meridians is also performed. The general consensus is that this feels heavenly.
Cupping therapy is indicated for muscle pain, nerve pain, insomnia, digestive and gastro-intestinal disorders, respiratory and cardiovascular diseases, and gynecological disorders. It's also excellent for detoxification. For tight, tense, sore muscles, it has been said that cupping can do in ten minutes what massage can do in an hour.

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
is a specialized technique that helps encourage the movement of blocked or sluggish fluid. Studies show when MLD is applied, there is a fluid reduction of up to 25%-63%. Resulting in a reduced healing time while creating a sense of overall lightness. For best results, start treatments as soon as possible after surgery.
