**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist at Body of the Earth Wellness & Massage, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional massage and bodywork treatments to our clients. Your passion for healing, strong communication skills, and commitment to creating a serene experience for our clients are essential.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform various types of massages, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy massages.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to customize massage treatments to meet individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Educate clients about the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend treatment plans.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace, including the proper sanitization of equipment and massage rooms.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a harmonious and welcoming spa environment.
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in massage therapy.

**Qualifications:**

- Valid state license as a Massage Therapist.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist (experience in a spa setting is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and customize massage treatments for diverse client needs.
- Professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
